Work Rights During Study

Full-time students are no longer required a work permit if they are enrolled full-time. Study permits will automatically allow the holder to work off-campus for up to 20 hours per week, during the academic session and full-time during planned breaks without the need to apply for a separate work permit

Post Study Work Rights

• If your course duration is less than 2 years but more than 8 months, you will be qualified for work permit for a period of your program of study.
• If your course duration is 2 years or more, you may be eligible for a work permit for up to 3-years.
• You are not required to have a job offer at the time of submission.
